I ordered the Ombre California because I didn’t want to dye my own hair (wrecked from so much bleach) and because my hair is short I chose the 18″ inch length. It’s so good that they have 4 lengths to pick so they cater to girls like me with a bob styled cut. They blended in perfectly and the colour is very classy. I received the tracking number within 24 hours and the service was exceptional.

So I felt this needed a review. I purchase a lot of hair extensions from online hair companies preferably in Australia as I live in Sydney and don’t want to pay crazy shipping fees from overseas. I came across jenica hair extensions on an ad on facebook.

It was coming close to my engagement and I needed them for the weekend FAST. I decided to email them over facebook and literally 6 minutes later I had Em one of the customer service ladies helping me out and being an absolute gem.. and she even free colour matched my hair. Literally all this was done in less than 20 minutes and from getting consistent and fast replies my order was completed so quickly and I knew exactly what I wanted, which length and what products to use.
