If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging- The product isn’t used or damaged- You have the receipt or proof of purchase- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
- Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, to:
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Jenica Hair.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance email@example.com
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
- Returns – We are happy to help you. As long as the hair extensions have not been opened, worn or cut in any way. We have a sample that you can test in the bottom packet and you are able to match your colour. The main packet must be sealed for the return policy.
- Non-refundable – If the hair extensions have been worn you will not be able to return the packet. This is due to hygiene purposes. We cannot put our customers at risk.
- How to return item – Please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with an order number. We will email you instructions on what to do next and provide you with our return address. Once received, your order will be reviewed and we will notify you if you are eligible for a refund.
- Return payment – You are responsible for the payment of your returned item. Please send package with a tracking number and forward the number to us once sent out.
- Refund – A full refund will be provided to you after our team have received, reviewed and confirmed that the hair extensions were not opened and the packaging is in good condition. Please provide us with a tracking number for a refund.
- Return period – We will provide a refund within thrifty (30) days of the date you received the hair extensions.
Al custom orders including our Tape Hair is not eligible for a refund.
We will ensure that all enquiries and feedback you send us will be responded to within a 24 hour period. We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

All items will be inspected upon receipt to see if you qualify for a return/exchange. Opened/tampered/worn merchandise will not be refunded or eligible for an exchange & will be returned to you in the condition they were received.
